The Contemporary Arts Center (CAC), designed by Zaha Hadid, marks its 20th anniversary with the exciting debut of a new mural in the sixth-floor Creativity Center. Created by the artist duo Batres Gilvin and teen fellows, this interactive mural celebrates two decades of memories. The artwork pays homage to the past with elements such as patterns of architectural sketches, reference to the iconic Metrobot, plates inspired by previous exhibitions, textures drawn from the surroundings, hidden building shapes, and more. Inspired by the sense of community fostered by the CAC, this piece welcomes everyone to join and take a seat at the table.
